API Hub provides a proxy interface to third-party AI models (currently DeepSeek). Users purchase credits and use them to make API calls through our platform.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and password.
Credits are purchased in prepaid bundles ($5, $20, $100) and have no expiration date. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Usage is deducted from your credit balance based on the published pricing at the time of use.

Default rate limits are 1,000 requests per minute for Flash and 500 per minute for Pro. We may adjust these limits to ensure fair usage across all customers.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers (DeepSeek, cloud infrastructure) or scheduled maintenance.
API Hub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Our total liability is limited to the amount of unused credits in your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
