When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored as a salted hash). When you make API requests through our service, we log the request metadata (timestamps, model used, token count) for billing and operational purposes. We do not store the content of your API requests or responses beyond what is necessary for real-time processing.
We use your email to communicate about your account (receipts, service updates). We use API usage data to calculate billing and to improve service reliability. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payments are processed by Creem Inc., a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card details. Creem's privacy policy applies to payment data.
We retain your account information until you request deletion. API request logs are retained for 90 days for operational purposes, then anonymized or deleted.
